4 Simple Steps For Tracking Your AOG Job Status

While we are finalizing our new map update, we wanted to show you how easy the LIVE MAP will efficiently enable both the Operator and MRO to actively timestamp any service you need.

Check Out These 4 Steps:

  1. The technician will turn on the MRO Insider app on their mobile, tablet, or desktop device in order to update his/her working status:
  • GREEN for AVAILABLE
  • YELLOW for WORKING
  • RED for OFF-DUTY

*These statuses will be displayed on the MRO Insider live map alongside the company name and current location.*

  1. Begin receiving quotes based on your uploaded capabilities list.
  2. Submit your quote
  3. The Operator will then choose based on their current needs but hopefully will select you as the ideal service provider to complete the job.

Andy Nixon, President of MRO Insider, said:

“This new feature will be a game-changer for flight departments and service providers as it enables real-time tracking of current statuses. In business aviation, efficiency is critical, and the workforce management app will help service providers save time and money by providing an accurate picture of where technicians are and what their status is, which can be used internally for scheduling and predicting when the next AOG job can begin work.”

Service providers subscribed to the MRO Insider network also have the option to be provided with an in-house, proprietary URL that will allow them to see their own technician statuses for planning purposes within or outside of the MRO Insider platform. Flight departments pay a yearly, per-tail fee to access the platform, while service providers pay a flat fee to be visible and “pingable” on the app.
