Alpha Workforce Now Has Messaging — Because “Can You Hear Me Now?” Was Getting Old

You know that moment when you’re trying to track down a tech, but you’re stuck calling, texting, or shouting across the hangar? Yeah… those days are over.

Introducing Alpha Workforce Messaging — the feature your operations didn’t know it desperately needed. Now you can chat with your team directly inside the platform. No switching apps, no hunting through old threads, no “wait, which group text was that in?” moments.

Why This is a Game-Changer

  • 💬 Direct Technician Chat – Message any team member instantly from the dashboard.

  • 📍 Map-Integrated – See who’s where, then drop them the details without leaving the live map view.

  • 🗂 All in One Place – Keep every job-related message organized (and searchable!) so nothing falls through the cracks.

Think of it like your mission control—but with a chat window.
