Having grown up in a family surrounded by aviation, Andy was confident from a young age where he would focus his career. Having held sales and marketing positions at MRO facilities in the past, he began to understand the needs of aircraft owner/operators as well as the MRO facilities. Andy’s great grandfather, Ray Betzoldt, Co-founded Meyers Aircraft Company in the late 1930’s which has sparked 4 generations of aircraft enthusiasts and professionals. This includes cousin Lance Neibauer who went on to form Lancair, along with his grandfather and multiple family members all having ties to the aviation industry. In 2021 Andy was a recipient of NBAA’s 40 Under 40 Awards in the Innovation Category.

As an Aviation Business student at Lynn University, graduating in May 2027, he combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in client services and small business growth. Passionate about driving change within the industry, Joe aims to advance Alpha Wingman’s mission and make a significant impact in the world of business aviation. Additionally, Joe is an ISSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and has spent the past couple of years helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Jean is an experienced professional with 5 years both in the Hospitality industry and Technical Support sectors with a rich introduction to the aviation world. Passionate about travel and aircraft, her aviation journey began at a young age alongside her father, a skilled airplane mechanic, exploring various corners of the world as he worked on aircraft across the globe. Laying the foundation for her subsequent career choices, Her initial foray into the aviation world was as a Sales Associate for a prominent aircraft sales/mechanic company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and with a notable presence in Asia. Working alongside her father and gaining invaluable insights in aircraft mechanics and in developed insights into the details of the aviation business.
Andreas started his career as an aircraft technician. He worked his way up to an aircraft inspector and manager of a Bombardier service centre, gaining a total of over 15 years’ experience in the business aviation maintenance sector. He holds an EASA part 66 maintenance license including airframe and avionics endorsements for Cessna Citation, Learjet and Bombardier business jets. He also founded Aviation Heaven, a platform for business aviation operators, owners and service providers, and created the Aviation Heaven Magazine.
